Custom Flashings and Drip Edge Fabricated Right in Our Shop

Water damage doesn't announce itself. It sneaks in through gaps, poorly fitted edges, and flashing that was never quite right to begin with. That's exactly why the details matter - and why we fabricate everything in-house to a specific fit rather than grabbing something off a shelf and hoping it works.

Here's what we were working with: custom flashing, locking drip edge, and L flashing, all bent and formed right in our shop. Each piece is made to match the exact profile and dimensions the job calls for. Clean bends, tight corners, consistent form across every single run. Nothing sloppy, nothing forced into place.

When flashing is fabricated correctly, it does its job quietly. Water hits the edge, follows the profile, and directs away from the building the way it's supposed to. When it's not - when it's a rough fit or the bends are inconsistent - you get gaps, lifting, and eventually water finding its way somewhere it shouldn't be.

That's the whole point of custom fabrication. Off-the-shelf components work in some situations, but when you need something built to a specific profile or finish, there's no substitute for having it made right. We take that seriously, from the first bend to the final piece coming off the brake.
